Le Mieux Bistro by 大叔

久聞由Ricky Cheung 主理的私房菜十分不錯，我們早前就特別選了一個大家都放假的日子去試試。畢竟其地點在十分不便的柴灣工業區，和我們上班的地點真的是天南地北。

電話訂座的過程十分順利，心目中其實是想吃羊的，不過首次光顧就不好太多特別要求了，還是待有少少經驗和認識再說。


前往明報工業中心的路亦不是太難找，幸運地我之前因為修理MP3曾經去過，不過因工廠大廈關係，客用升降機和大廈環境衛生都不大理想。

幸好餐廳門面和衛生就無問題，空間不大但桌子也不算多，當天不算太嘈吵。

午餐的餐牌基本上是固定的套餐，沒有單點的菜色，我們分別點了牛排和多寶魚。

頭盤的海鮮基本都很不錯，帶子和翡翠螺尤其新鮮，碟頭也不算小，另外兩款tapas則以沙洛美腸雜菌較美味，那個鴨腎則不大討得歐巴桑歡心，她說似十足中菜裡的榨菜鴨腎。


兩種湯中以雜菌清湯較佳，清淡的口感但蘊藏著菌類香氣。

侍應強調他們採用阿拉斯加產的多寶魚，當然是無從證實的了，不過從魚的厚度而論比一般坊間見到的厚得多，推斷魚也比較大條，魚味也特別濃郁，煎香的魚皮很脆，配上有點酸的金柚汁，口感清新特別。

大蝦牛柳則以牛柳比較好，調味和牛柳的質素都不俗，大蝦則不算頂級新鮮。

甜品是熱情果雪巴配咖啡軟糕，咖啡軟糕調味和質感都好，不會太硬和太甜而奪去咖啡香，雪巴相對普通。

整體而言頗滿意，服務亦算不俗，本來打算改天去晚飯吃羊的，不過交通實在太不便，一丟下來就忘了這回事……
