可是大叔上班的地點離中區實在太遠

雅緻的環境、寧靜的氣氛、親切的老闆娘…….很家庭小店的風格, 感覺舒適自在

「嘻嘻! 有點小像傳統廣東雲吞麵的大地魚湯底呢…….」
唉! 大煞風景之餘其實心底也頗認同大叔的想法
說實話, 這湯的確充滿著濃郁的海鮮味道, 應該花了不少心思熬製。三文治的豆茸及沙拉的黑醋汁跟它的味道好配合, 算不俗吧


主菜之一「鴨肝什菌件意大利飯」
我們都欣賞這個組合。歐巴桑對肝類食物不算狂熱, 喜歡的是吃起來很有那種家庭飯的味道, 平易近人的感覺


主菜之二「香煎油漬鴨腿配普羅旺斯什菜」
記得數年前到法國旅遊時偶然吃過一次油漬鴨腿, 覺得很美味。可是由於不懂法文, 想再吃也不知它的名字。能夠跟它「重逢」有點小感動呢, 邊吃邊回憶那趟旅程的趣事, 就像昨天發生一
樣。然而那香酥的滋味就是跟當地比較總是欠一點點。最後我們也買了些冰鮮的回家打算自製, 老闆娘也耐心地指導烹調的要訣。



甜品分別有焦糖蛋與熱朱古力蛋糕伴雪糕, 沒有驚喜但絕不失望
聽說老闆曾經居住法國一段頗長的時間, 難怪能經營出很實在的法式小店的感覺哦
