<超懶惰版の粟米魚肚羹>

某天懶惰病發以後, 做飯的熱情一直處於Newton’s First Law的狀態
記得小時侯我等草根家庭的孩子好不容易才有機會上館子
粟米魚肚羹是當時心目中最名貴的菜式
捧著碗子要一口一口的慢慢品嚐, 就是要那種滋味能在嘴巴多停留一會
做了粟米魚肚羹, 希望這external force可撿回點烹飪的熱情吧
超懶惰版粟米魚肚羹製作法
材料: 魚肚(大約一兩)cream style corn(1)、水或清雞湯(11.5, 視乎喜歡的濃稠情度而定)、雞蛋(1)、古月粉、鹽
1.      先浸發魚肚, 待軟身後用薑蔥汆水以去腥味
2.      魚肚切成小粒待用(多了的份量可置冰格留下次用)

3.     
cream style corn
跟水混合, 煮沸然後拌入魚肚, 記得火力不可太強
4.      魚肚變軟及入味後便關火, 加入打好的蛋槳拌成蛋花
5.      隨個人喜好以古月粉和鹽調味
