金泰燒烤 by 大叔

九龍城的泰式燒烤店一向以小曼谷為最著名，不過最近一兩次去發現質素明顯下降了，歐巴桑一聲令下，我們就轉移陣地另覓別店。
幸好九龍城真乃「小泰國」，美味泰國食店林立，過兩條街的金泰同樣以燒烤食物美味和「抵食夾大件」而聞名，我們試吃了兩三次，果然有不少出色食物。

 

先旨聲明，此店甚為狹窄而且經常因應食客組合而搬桌和移位，任何空間都可以像倉庫番或者俄羅斯方塊般隨時砌位，碟子常在頭頂飛越。穿戴華貴、拿著很多東西或者介意被人碰撞的話就別去了。
另一個門檻就是多人，可能近日經傳媒介紹，繁忙時間的等位人龍越來越長。如果合乎以上兩個條件的話，就可以品嚐美食了。

有兩樣東西基本上是每桌必點的，燒蒜蓉豬仔包新鮮熱辣燒出來蒜香四溢，直接吃或者點咖哩汁吃都是上佳享受。另一樣是只僅僅灼熟的螄蚶，不過大叔對這個很大衛生方面的陰影，不敢嘗試，也就連帶令歐巴桑也沒得吃了。

沒有吃螄蚶我們另點了燒大蜆，只用鹽略為調味能吃出蜆的天然美味，而且蜆都頗乾淨，沒有吃上有沙的。
吃生蝦刺身(置頂圖)大叔則矛盾地覺得無問題(歐按：難得自知矛盾！)，不過可能因價位所限，用的蝦不算頂級新鮮之餘，最致命是和大量冰一起上桌，於是鮮甜味都流失了，我想下次不會再點這個了。

燒魚十分不錯，肉質鮮美而且泰式香料味貫穿全魚，當然這個很視乎當天魚材新鮮與否和火候掌握，是否好吃就要碰運氣了。

炒粉絲調味適中而均勻，每條粉絲都有味，不過大叔較喜歡韓國的炒粉絲。

鐵版燒蠔蠔隻不少算是抵食，醬汁略為偏鹹不過問題不大。
燒雞翼也佳，不下於小曼谷，但是燒泰國腸則覺得很鹹很乾，可能是口味問題？

值得特別一提的是椰汁，用樽上的風味絕佳，椰汁質地濃稠椰子味也濃郁，如果不是擔心太肥膩真想飲多點。
平靚正之餘質素也佳，下次去開九龍城都會再光顧。
