茄子菜飯 from 大叔茶餐廳


話說某週末下午歐巴桑「又」賴在床上睡懶覺。

時間一點一點步向晚飯時間……
大叔正在玩《Need for Speed: Carbon》玩到興高采烈，就開始考慮吃飯問題了。
「死啦！喚醒她鋼定要捱罵，買外賣又不知合不合她心意，等又難說要等到何時，怎麼辦呢？」

適逢此時忽然刮起一股怪風，把茶几上的喜宴食譜翻到茄子菜飯那頁……

大叔居然又在廚房裏「發掘」出材料，於是偷偷試做：

1.      浸蝦米、瑤柱

2.      洗米

3.      洗淨茄子切碎

4.      撕碎瑤柱

5.      把上述東西全倒進飯煲攪勻煮熟

6.      下「適量」醬油、麻油拌勻上桌

 

嗅到香味的歐巴桑忽然「彈」起身，狼吞虎咽大讚好吃龍顏大悅……

於是大叔的小命就得以保存啦！
