瑞士芝士火窩慶團年 by 大叔



原來唔經唔覺已經正月十五，再不執起鍵盤寫團年飯就要寫送豬迎鼠那餐了。 

尤其是食完飯那刻歐巴桑已經指令要大叔寫，不過大叔放著放著卒之令歐巴桑生氣話要快快完成。(by the way她亦有一起吃又一定要我寫……)

話說今年大叔和歐巴桑兩邊內外家都提早團年，於是年三十晚就罕有地出現了自由時間。飯當然是要吃的，歐巴桑就想嘗嘗新鮮口味，興起話要去半島間Chesa食瑞士芝士火窩團年。大叔見此自不然立即行動，可惜一個星期前訂座卻發現至年初一的全部晚市都已訂滿，市道果然是非一般的暢旺，幸好年三十下午的座位還有，大叔這才有得交代……

兩個港燦愛呆頭呆腦的走進半島酒店，窮人如大叔就當然未住過，連入去飲枝綠寶都未飲過（這個就上年紀的地道港燦先知講乜咯：－＞）。

不過又講真，大堂人頭湧湧，取行李取車個個爭先恐後，也不見得特別高貴和閒雅，不期然覺得有點失望。

走到二路食肆雲集那層，走不了兩步就聽到經理問起訂了那間餐廳，表明是找Chesa後他立即說：「Chesa埋邊丫。」親切得來有點大牌檔，和環境倒是不太搭配，不過輕鬆點倒不錯，裝修成山區磚屋的環境也很有氣氛。。

由於一開始已經設定芝士火窩為必點的目標，故此無這味菜的套餐就不用考慮了，連隨點了蘑菇蛋多士和燉豬肘，都是這裡著名的菜色。


蘑菇蛋多士當然不是甚麼新奇的事物，早餐裡常會出現類似的組合，用料新鮮和即叫即製熱烘烘的自然好食。


燉豬肘和中菜裡的紅燒元蹄十分相似，幸好這隻豬肘比想像中細，而且醬汁也不如中式汁一般肥膩，兩個人總算應付得來。大叔其實對元蹄興趣普通，並不如其很多男士般喜愛，不過這個燉豬肘煮法較清淡而又入味，而且組織全部燉透入口即溶，吃得倒很滋味。


再來就是今天的主角芝士火窩，原本以為 只吃麵包的芝士火窩味道會比較單調，原來並非如此。芝士火窩的「湯底」用了三種不同芝士和白酒混合而成，一路煮的過程中酒香不斷揮發，和不同芝士混合竟然 成為很有層次的味道。冬天吃這個菜色實在是十分適合，想不到就只是這樣簡單的材料做出如此美味的效果，餐廳提供的麵包雖然多，但都差不多被我們吃光。


由於已經十分飽的關係，甜品裡的朱古力火窩就不敢再點了，改點了朱古力拼盤，乾果、脆餅和酒心的朱古力正好每人各一件，風味甚佳，大叔特別喜歡酒心的金字塔形朱古力。


茶和咖啡當然是豐盛餐點不可少的元素，大叔點的peninsula coffee 類似Irish coffee ，用上了頗多拔蘭地作基礎，現在回想也覺喉嚨癢癢的，酒癮又要發作。


歐巴桑：「瑞士菜或者芝士火窩這些東東閒時久不久吃吃作點綴很不錯，不過如果要天天吃還是免了，我還是比較喜歡法國或者意大利菜，多吃也不會悶啦！」

(說要吃的是她，吃完說這些的也是她，這就是「神又佢鬼又係佢」啦！)
