尚有一點時間才到蟹季，但早前到香港洲際酒店欣圖軒一試他們和上海王寶和大酒店聯手推出的蟹宴，已經頗具先聲奪人之感。

欣圖軒和王寶和分別是滬港兩地著名的吃蟹所在，欣圖軒不須要多介紹了，王寶和則早在18世紀從一家黃酒作坊起步，跨足餐飲、住宿、娛樂、釀酒各個範疇，如今在滬有「酒祖宗、蟹大王」之美譽。

王寶和的蟹宴早在1979於年問世，歲月積澱下經典菜式無數，這次和欣圖軒合作的蟹宴雙方都精銳盡出，欣圖軒的劉耀輝師傅和王寶和的王浩師傅聯手打造八道菜「王寶和至尊蟹宴」。

對於喜歡吃蟹的朋友來說，這是一個十分有趣的體驗，在處理蟹的原則、帶出蟹特性的取態、對蟹的調味和蟹和其他食材的搭配上，兩位師傅其實都秉持了兩地口味和思潮。在蟹宴上先不看餐牌，吃時猜猜那個菜式來自那位師傅，是個十分好玩的遊戲。

「王寶和至尊蟹宴」將在10月14日至12月10日供應。其中11月4日是一個特別日子，當天王浩師傅將親臨主理特別晚宴，提供「菊花對蟹形」這道特別菜式，其他日子將奉上清蒸極品大閘蟹代替。菊花對蟹形是王寶和的招牌和得獎菜式，值得介紹。製作時通常需剝出 5 隻大閘蟹肉的量，蟹肉、蟹黃入鍋後以獨門手藝炒製，並以特製器皿奉客無論色、香、味、形都照顧周全，是令人特別驚艷之作。
