清酒 vs 紅酒 by 大叔


大叔對於工餘把盞小酌一向喜歡，尤其是紅酒更是熱衷，貪其慢飲細嚐，反而大杯大杯地飲的啤酒，則只是普普通通。
至於歐巴桑，則多數是陪著大叔飲少量應酬而已，她自己是決不會自行開酒飲的。
最近幾個月愛上了日本酒類，採購和飲用的速度幾何級數上升，相較而言，清酒的優點不少：

1.      不論怎麼胡扯，配中式食物還是亞洲酒類較匹配。

2.      紅酒有很多學問、文化和規矩，等閒不敢隨便開隨便飲，以免糟塌美酒，清酒在規矩上主要集中在飲用溫度上的控制，簡單得多。

3.      紅酒開了一定要一兩天內飲完，飲量不大的話很難辦，清酒則可以放雪櫃，在兩三週內飲完無問題。

4.      清酒的入門門檻比紅酒低得多，剛才在清酒節買了三枝也不用五百元，其中兩枝是吟釀，拿著五百元去買紅酒則買不到甚麼了。(所以大叔集中買新酒，圖中兩枝是大叔集中追購的酒莊，十多年前買尚算便宜，隨著酒莊知名度增加，價錢上升了不少。)
