泰聚:花墟家常泰菜新選擇

位於花園街239號的泰聚其實說是太子或者花墟更加明瞭,老闆是室內設計師,因此對店舖的裝潢也下了不少心思,地下的泰聚和二樓的火窩店都是自己物業。踏進店內感覺舒適,同行的友人一言驚醒:「此處樓底甚高呢!」

能吃辣的程度每人不同,當天的組合正好網羅由不吃辣到很能吃辣的人在內,幸好點的菜式亦包羅了不同辣度,那就不如按辣度高至低排序說說:

冬蔭功

冬蔭功–讓我來說的話,這個冬蔭功的酸辣度適中,香料之中香茅、南薑和檸檬葉的比例合宜,蝦的油和膏也有好好走進湯中。

豬肉生菜包–豬肉十分冶味,比多數餐館的同一味菜式要辣。

蝦醬炒飯–不太辣,這味菜各店的用料大為不同,這裏用上泰國臘腸,一起吃稍為偏鹹。

串燒和蝦刺身–辣味來自醬料,食材本身新鮮四正,當然好吃。

這店有個特色飲品原個西瓜沙冰十分實惠,採用原個迷你西瓜起肉製作,只賣五十多元,其中所花功夫不少。十分解渴解辣,特別怕吃辣的朋友不妨點個傍身。

花墟這邊每月總會來一兩次,卻從來沒有特別理想的吃飯所在,因此多是買了花材後匆匆離去。如今多了泰聚,總算多了個留低吃飯的選擇。
