心情欠佳的日子, 做什麼總是提不起勁。
平素不太愛弄扖類的歐巴桑竟弄起雞扖來
「慳家」的歐巴桑用比雞扖便宜得多的雞腿起肉做雞扖
醃料則用了乾葱、 蒜泥、 Rosemary、 胡椒粉、 鹽、 白酒和橄欖油
雞扖醃透後下鑊煎熟便成
另外做了個磨菇炒飯伴著吃
上碟後發現賣相好像快餐店的出品啊
莫非吃得太多「大x樂」的雪藏扖類, 做菜不知不覺弄出差不多的東西??!!
我的天呀!!!!!!!

快餐店不會煮得妳咁健康啦….哈哈哈<br />
似「大x樂」的感覺可能係因為餐墊的顏色…同飯的裝碟法。<br />

小小建議 : 飯先趁熱裝入小碗，壓實～再倒吸落碟度。就唔會似快餐啦…飯<br />
面仲可以加小片芫茜裝飾。<br />
