住在大埔的三小姐by大叔

大埔街市的熟食中心有兩間數字頭的小菜，三小姐和伍仔記，這次先介紹三小姐。

和很貴氣的名字大為不同，三小姐食品的價位十分平易近人，環境也是典型大牌檔式格局，年紀比較大的朋友則可能會認出其中一位店長是昔日的樂壇新人呢！

既然其他沒有特別值得描述之處那就集中講食物吧！這個「籠仔奄仔(兩隻仔！)焗糯米飯」是我們每到必點的，蟹雖然肉不算多，不過鮮味得很，而且都能傳達到糯米飯中。每次大叔都想如果他們用更高質的羔蟹做就好了，只是那就不能以區區數十元打發了。

豉油王蝦相對比名店們同樣用料上有所不及，但是以煮功而論也是不錯的，蝦肉入味又新鮮，以名店的幾分一價位來說絕對是物有所值。

另一味我們常常點的金銀蛋浸莧菜其實沒甚麼特別要求，歐巴桑：「只要不是壞蛋和摘菜時夠重手，總不會難吃的。」

 

經濟實惠又水準不俗，實在值得推介。
