【歐歐茶餐廳】豆乳湯烏冬

又「抄考」別人的好煮意了大笑

這個豆乳湯底既美味又不難做,一定要把它記下來以防自己忘記吐舌頭
豆乳湯材料: 維x純豆漿一盒(約1公升)、昆布一片(約半隻手掌大小)、鰹魚絲(約填滿2個茶袋的份量)、鹽(適量)
做湯底時最重要的是不要用大火,因為會容易「滾潟」(不好意思,想了很久也不知這個形容詞白話文應該怎說)和燒焦。鰹魚絲則只要略煮一下便可撈起來。
烏冬則用了早陣子在日式超市購得的生烏冬,價格比乾麵貴不過好吃很多呢。缺點是保質期較短。
配料方面似乎豆腐海鮮類會比較對味。不過下班趕回家沒有特別講究,隨意在住所附近的”百無”小菜市場檢些豆芽、油豆腐和冷藏魚丸再加上不大溏心的溏心蛋便算了。
大叔愛吃大豆類食物,一於把這個列入家中常餐….嘻嘻!
