【台中之旅】香噴噴的埔里

與其說是必遊的「景點」,不如說無論乘公車或是自行駕駛的,都會在埔里這個最重要的交通中轉站稍事休息再上路。

 車子才剛駛進停車場已經隱約感到空氣中的陣陣酒香。「博物館怪」大叔急不及待的跑上二樓的展覽館要瞭解台灣的釀酒歷史。展品和資料其實也算豐富,可惜整體的presentation給人頗為隨意的感覺,也許他們的「重點」都在地下的商場吧……

用舊酒甕砌成的時光隧道是眾人獵影的對象。不知何解那陰森的光線、潮溼的空氣、疑似Formalin的味道叫歐巴桑聯想到某種異類的「香」……

地下的商場熱鬧多啦。只要想得到的酒類產品,從傳統的台灣米酒到酒護膚品都一應俱全。要是一定要買點土產甚麼的回家給親友「交功課」這裡也不錯,因為你遲些便會發現日月潭清境等地最熱鬧的位置也活像死城

 

少不免湊興嚐點酒味小吃。

透著陣陣酒香的紹興香腸惹味香口,要不是怕吃得太多真想多吃一條呢

酒釀豆花則普普通通。豆香不太濃而酒釀也下得不夠。

馳名的冰棒口味獨特,比在水里吃到的強多了。不過最懷念的還是在高雄旗津吃到的。

 

別過埔里酒廠的酒香,我們到了附近的老店噴水餐廳再來正餐。

招牌菜蛋黃鴨配酸菜吃有種特別的化學作用,把鹹香鮮味都引出來。但個人來說覺得太膩不大合自己的口味。

跟新竹米粉齊名的埔里米粉風格有點不一樣,成品較沒那麼乾身。歐巴桑覺得跟新竹米粉一樣好吃,不相伯仲。

印象最深刻的是新鮮的筊白筍。白灼後把外皮撕去隨意蘸點蒜泥醬油吃便已經很鮮甜美味^^

於是埔里酒廠的「香」和「噴」水餐廳的美味留給歐巴桑「香噴噴」的回憶了。
