又到大叔再次25歲壽辰的好日子

某個酷熱天氣警告高掛的下午,循例假民主地”咨詢”他想到那裡晚飯慶生。豈料他的答案是…..
「吃涮羊肉!」
哈哈!無惡不作的歐巴桑當然”否決”這個方案,然後”硬銷”早安排好,為他”著想”的「蠔」門夜宴。生蠔是大叔其中一種最喜歡的食物呢{#emotions_dlg.emotion_b06}
Su Casa位於銅鑼灣區某條寧靜的橫街樓上,頗有私房菜的感覺。網路上的好評加上訂座時那位先生溫柔的聲音,已經給歐巴桑留下不錯的第一印象。
餐廳地方不大,抵達時原來已經很熱鬧,比較像下班後Happy Hour的感覺,沒有高級酒店餐廳般拘謹。
有人每款東西都想試,於是又一下子點了滿桌吃不完的食物啦{#emotions_dlg.emotion_008}

生蠔拼盤包括5款10隻生蠔、2隻翡翠螺及2杯白餐酒。Cherry Stone clam是另外單點的。
據了解生蠔種類視乎來貨而定。當天吃到的有美國熊本蠔、Scotland Pearl、South Pacific、Sydney Rock和另一款忘掉名字的。自己不太會吃蠔,不過看著大叔邊吃邊激賞的神情,應該不錯吧。翡翠螺和Cherry Stone clam也一樣很新鮮甜美呢。
House wine的份量相當慷慨,味道是偏向甜而順喉那類,跟海鮮很配合。

 
追加的蘇格蘭蟶子端上來時牛油香四溢,生熟程度處理得很好。口感爽脆鮮美而且調味剛好沒奪去蟶子的鮮味,想起仍很回味!

 
大叔說蠔湯味道有點像中式蠔豉湯(!)。蠔味真的濃得無話可說,不過下次會想試試其他比較清淡的口味。

 
鴨肝野菌扁意粉上桌時仍是冒著蒸氣熱騰騰的。好香口好惹味!吃罷都差不多飽了,暗自擔心其他東西怎消滅{#emotions_dlg.emotion_embaressed_smile}

 
烤得剛好粉紅色嫩滑羊架連旁邊的配菜都做得一絲不苟,明明已經很撐但又忍不住把它通通幹掉

 
甜品是大叔喜歡的朱古力心太軟。向來不好朱古力味甜品,但看到大叔吃得高興的樣子便知沒有點錯了。
服務可說是本地餐廳少有的好,還少有地不設加一服務費呢
價格當然不能用便宜去形容,不過以食物和服務水準來看,Su Casa的C/P值可說是蠻高。
歐巴桑的願望很簡單,只要每年的這天看到大叔繼續肥肥白白、高高興興地吃他的壽宴便滿足囉{#emotions_dlg.emotion_032}
